Is Play Prime free?
Yes. Today's puzzles are free in every game, every day. Play Prime Plus adds every past puzzle and unlimited messages with Prime.
Do I need an account?
No. Open the app and play. Sign in with Apple or Google if you want your progress on another device.
Who is Prime?
Prime is the puzzle companion inside Play Prime. It picks puzzles for the time you have, gives hints that point you to the next step, and tells you what went well after each game. Prime's replies are written by AI and can be wrong.
Does it work offline?
Yes. You can play without a connection. Chatting with Prime needs one.
How do I cancel Play Prime Plus?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Play Prime.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to You, tap your name, then Delete account. This removes your progress and messages from our servers.
