Restore your subscription

In the app, go to You, tap your name, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

Cancel your subscription

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Play Prime.

Delete your account

In the app, go to You, tap your name, then Delete account. This removes your progress and messages from our servers.

Reminders don't show up

Open Settings on your iPhone, then Notifications, then Play Prime, and allow notifications.
